I’m Raluca Dewald, a conversational UX designer working at the intersection of product, AI, and multimodal interaction.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve designed and shipped voice- and screen-based experiences for global brands across travel, entertainment, retail, and automotive, including award-winning work on Alexa and Fire TV.

My work and perspective on conversational AI have been recognized by industry publications, including Project Voice and independent editorial roundups highlighting leading conversational designers.

I’m currently focused on designing AI-powered conversational systems that balance usability, brand voice, and real-world constraints.
